
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administrative support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements such as flights, taxi and hotels.
- Office operations: oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs when needed. Liaise with landlord, building manager and facilities of the building.
- Car fleet admin: Maintain filing of contracts of company cars, arrange fuel cards.
- Maintain filing of all documents
- Support: Assist the Managing Director. Manage the calendar, attend meetings when required to take minutes, manage internal communication on behalf of the Managing Director, prepare reports or presentations.
- Follow up expense reports in Concur.
- Close contact with IT Europe
- Event planning: plan and coordinate office events, meetings, conferences, including logistics and catering in cooperation with the event team. Follow up on the event budget.
- Wellbeing: Take lead in quarterly meetings on wellbeing and accidents @ work
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Professional bachelor or equivalent through experience
- Open to learning
Experience:
- Proven experience in administration
- Open to learning
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Feeling for / experience with HR tasks is a plus
Specific Business Knowledge:
- Proficiency in office management software (Microsoft Office) and quick learner in other software packages
- Familiar with office equipment
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
