
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for preparing full set of accounts for companies, cash flow forecast and analysis for monthly group reporting purpose
- Assist in preparation of annual forecast/ budget
- Liaise and coordinate with internal parties and external auditors for statutory audit, responsible for tax returns
- Responsible for Brokerage Fee billing issued to suppliers / shipyard
- Liaise with inter company offices and suppliers on Know your clients (KYC) bank details and accounts registration in system
- Coaching and supervising assistant accountant on daily recording
- Assist financial controller on various analysis upon request from management and group accounts team. Perform ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor' degree in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
- Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience
- Well versed with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Self-driven attentive to details and well-organized
- Able to work to strict time constraints and work under pressure
- Good command of written & spoken Chinese, English
- Proficiency with Power BI, knowledge on Oracle Netsuite is a plus
