
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- In charge of all official communication to the vessel, agents and technical management offices, consulates, and other offices
- Maintain direct contact with officers / ratings/ supernumerary lined up to join the group of vessels assigned
- Updating the crew system for seafarers status to upload the Data
- Initiation of travel orders and checking of Travel tickets summary
- Ensure correct training completed, PEME completed, Vaccination against Covid-19 arranged in time, Pre-joining Briefings arranged prior to crew departure, Flag certificates connected to joiner in original, contractual documents prepared and kept under control for seafarers signature
- Keeps a track of all follows up post joining (Deductions, Early relief expenses, etc.)
- Responsible for entering all variable earnings / Shore side Deductions in the crew system for effective wage accounting

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ yrs as Jr. Fleet Personnel Officer (from other shipping company ) / 5+ yrs as Fleet Personnel Assistant
- Having a good knowledge of different type of Flag License, Visas and also Ports
- An understanding of international / national regulations and requirements related to shipboard personnel
- Accounting knowledge is nice to have
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Computer Literacy
