Internal Audit Manager
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform internal audit reviews and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
- Design internal audit procedures to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls over operations and internal controls.
- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations.
- Co-ordinate/support the implementation of recommended rectifications including but not limited to drafting of policies.
- Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Senior Management.
Requirement
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
- Qualified accountant (HKICPA or equivalent) is preferred
- At least 10 years related working experiences, preferably from Big 4 or internal audit experiences gained from MNC
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Detail-oriented and with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive and flexible in working with different internal and external parties
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong time management and orgainzational abilities
- Good with 60% to 75% of global travelling
- Relevant industry experience in shipping or ship management is preferred
